Necessary data

Usually we may need the following information, which can lighten our work in the search.

1. For investigations of individual (private persons):
Main information about interested person:

- the person's full Name (first, last, patronymic);
- home address (country, ZIP, city, street, building, flat, etc);
- person's recent photos and description of appearance (weight, height, hairs and eyes).
- have you ever visited personally this home address of person?
- the person's home phone. Have you ever called this phone personally?
- the person's work address, company name, post (office);
- the person's work telephones;
- name, address, phone of the establishment, where perhaps the person studies;
- the person's cell phone;
- what are the other phone numbers where you called?
- have you ever met the person personally? The addresses and approximate date of your meetings;
- how long time have you known the person?
- how have you known about the person first time? For example, address of the dating agency, etc;
- when last time have you heard about the person (if applicable)?
- her(his) parents', friends' or other relatives' addresses and phones, if they differ from the person's own home address;
- who lives in the person's flat in addition? The descriptions of those people (if applicable);
- perhaps you know the address and the name of her(his) former husband(wife) or boyfriend (girlfriend)?
- it's strongly desirably to have got the person's full first and last letters to you (if applicable).

Additional information for the investigation:

- when approximately the person's photos were taken (if you have got these photo)?
- have you ever investigated the person before and when it was? Please, answer this question seriously, because our further strategy depends on it very much.
- does the person speak English?
- does the person drive a car?
- what is the person's citizenship? For example, Russia, Ukraine, etc;
- have you ever seen any of the person's documents?
- duration of our work (for the services like surveillance, etc.);
- when would you like to start (if applicable)?
- where did you hear about us?

Prices

The main rule: don’t rely on cheap dilettantes, trust professionals! If you are seeking the cheapest solution without any guarantee, you are not our client. Please, do not waste our and your time!

The price of our detective services depends on the complexity of the task and other factors. Send us your inquiry by means of the link below and we will calculate the exact cost for you. It's an important thing that our work is guaranteed and our prices correspond with the real quality.

An average price of detective work is about 15-20 USD per hour. The total cost of most of our services is usualy within 200-700 USD (from two to seven hundred USD), for more complex cases may be much more depending on the work duration.

A standard price of 1 day our detective work is:
- $100-290 in Russia and Ukraine,
- $140-290 in Belarus,
- $200-300 in Kazakhstan, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania.
- $250-350 in some other countries.
This price depends on the:
- type of service,
- total duration,
- area, city,
- local conditions.
- current workload.
- special discounts (look at below).
Duration most of our investigations is between 3 - 9 days. Be careful if somebody offers longer duration to you. We have our own investigators who work quickly, directly without any third parties.

The final cost should be calculated for each case particularly. We try to keep our prices accessible for each individual customer.

Must remember:

Additional fees. There are no additional fees. ALL our expenses have already been included.

Competitors. If somebody promises you: "For $30, $60, $80, $120... we will obtain all background about your lady", then most likely you will not get the service you ordered and simply you will lose your money. There can be hidden costs, too long duration. It's impossible to realize most of investigative services, for example, in Ukraine and Russia for the prices, which are less than $200.
If they promises you to accomplish the work in 15-20 days or even longer, then they will work through third parties (intermediates), it will strongly influence the quality and secrecy of the work. Besides generally it makes any further investigation impossible due to the unprofessional work.
You MUST KNOW that usually you have only 1 good chance to hire a proper investigator, but 2 or 3 attempts with different performers will lead to disclosure of confidentiality. Don't lose this chance.
Unlike our "competitors", which name themselves the "Russian, Ukrainian or former USSR investigative services" and which promise you results in any case for the smallest price without any guarantees, we simply do our work honestly. Please, read some of our customer testimonials. You may ask our customers personally of their opinions about our agency. We give a real guarantee and true, reasonable prices for our clients.

Discounts. We have flexible price policy. The final price should be discussed with you in person. In special cases we can give you the discounts:
    - Constant clients get our discount 10%.
    - According to our price policy if we and a customer come to an agreement within 2 days after first inquiry, then we can give him the 10% discount additionally. Ask us for this discount, if you take your decision during this time frame.
    - If you order the investigation the same day, then we can give you the special price by 10% less. So, please, don't lose this chance !

Delays. We calculate and give a certain price to you at the current date. However we can't keep invariable the price longer than 7 days due to our current workload, market conditions and other reasons. It means that if you take your decision in 1 - 3 weeks after we had already estimated the final cost, then we have the right to charge you a new price, that can be higher than previous by about 10-20%, or not to take your case at all.
