Every day we have a
lot of inquires from our customers, each of them needs to be analyzed
properly, so we can't care all of them. The complete exact or
preliminary cost of the work for your individual case can be calculated
only after realization a PRE-INVESTIGATION of your case. The
pre-investigation is a real investigative work usually for several hours
and it should be paid without depending on the final result. So, if you want us to give you :
- guaranteed consideration,
- quick consideration within 72 hours,
- permission to send your first inquiry of
unlimited size,
- translation of your inquiry for our
detectives,
- guaranteed preliminary analysis of your
problem and our maximum attention to your case,
- necessary initial pre-investigation,
- calculation of the exact or preliminary
total cost the work and sending the estimate to you,
- our guaranteed answer to you with results of
the preliminary investigation,
then at first you have to prepay us $25 for pre-investigation.
You prepay the $25 for the real work: pre-investigation, translation,
consideration, estimation of your case. Expenses in
connection with a pre-investigation of your case by our specialists are:
- expenses for information-technical maintenance
- transport expenses for possible visit of our agents to the place of
further investigation, if necessary.
- expenses for telecommunications facilities.
- expenses in connection with involving interpreters, witnesses,
external specialists, experts to make examinations.
If at a later time you decide to
order the main investigation completely, then we will reckon the
consideration fee as your
deposit to us for the following service and subtract this amount from
the final cost.
Restrictions:

Note, please, the necessary pay for consideration is not a repayable fee.
- If the client is hastening and want that his/her case would be
processed faster than in 72h, then we can decline the case and refund
this fee without any negotiations. The main reason is: we can not
guarantee the qualitative work without this important condition.
Our policy is: If a customer can't afford
himself prepay just $25 for the pre-investigation of his case with the
total budget $200-2000, then most likely he will pay never for all
work. We deals only with serious clients and so we will not be working
without the prepayment. It's a normal practice in the world.
